Good afternoon Song,
Not heard this one before. None of our service providers block this port
Port 80 is the standard port for HTTP, if they block TCP/IP port 80 then most of the internet will stop working.
Port 80 must be open for dEX to work
Please refer to our FAQ's for a list of ports required.

The only other option would to use a router with port forwarding so you can remap the ports.
What country are you in? You should contact your dataTaker distributor for assistance.
