Each time you change the content of the dataTaker job and use the same job name then you need to delete the old job and its database. It will occur on a dEX-based job since it uses a single job name "CONFIG".
The only solution is programming the logger using a text-based job via a command interface such as DeTransfer and you change the job name every time you change the content. The limit on the number of jobs will depend on free memory. Please use the free memory in consideration since downloading data will also use the free memory for the conversion process from database to CSV file.
