dear Sir,
pl note we are trying to configure the dex software for unloading data to a ftp site( configured using file zilla). we have thoroughly followed instruction given in manual. in command window it is shown that unload complete to the specified ftp site. however, the ftp folder contains nothing and after few seconds command window shows session queue full,
unload aborted.

we require dex to unload data to ftp folder at an interval of one hour.

pl help.

If the session queue it means the FTP is not going through, so there is a problem in the set up some where.
Open a command window and turn on the FTP diagnostics by sending the command P56=8.
When the FTP attempt starts this will show all the dialog between the DT80 and the FTP site.
This dialog will show where the transfer is failing.

Dear Sir ,

I entered the command P56=8 in the Dex command window to turn on the FTP Diagnostics. But it is
not showing any dialog . It shows the data only and the error message "Session full unload aborted" .
I also changed the value of P56 in the DEX configure the logger -> DT80-3 -> Advance menu.But the result was same .
To get the dialog between dt80 and FTP site , do i need to do some more steps .
Please advise.

What version of firmware is the DT80 running? If it's not running Version 9.08 then please upgrade the firmware so you can take advantage of all the new FTP features.
Also how is the logger programmed? What commands are you using?
