Cannot see Channels on my DT85

Just setting up a DT85 to read a Type K thermocouple.
The DT85 has been updated to v9.22 and I can see the relevant data via Dex-2 software.

However when I try to set up a guage in Dex-2 for the thermocouple, I'm unable to select the channel in the software.

What am I missing??

thanks
Greg

Hi Greg,

Unlike the onboard dEX, the dEX 2.0 starts with no schedule. You must create a schedule first before you can create a channel. If you create a channel using the + sign of "On Activation", the program will not run as the "On Activation" is not a schedule.

Perhaps because of that, you cannot see the channel name in the Gauge widget.

Yes, that was it. No schedule and nothing tied to the schedule.

thanks
Greg

Hi Greg,

Have you been able to create the schedule and run a program?
