A "nameless user/owner" connected external power to DT (no internal battery installed) with reverse polarity. Some strange things must have "occurred" and now I have been asked to see if I can work out what is wrong with the logger!!!!
I see no power to 12 V serial O/P so, basically I assume the power supply has been damaged. Hard to troubleshoot without cct diags etc.
Thus, my question - do you sell, as a separate item, replacement power supply board/modules for DT800???? If yes, how much are they?
