I'm facing to the Flash that is out of date. I can not access to Dex software to configure data taker DT80. Please help to instruct me to configure it.

Hi Sang,

Please download our new DEX 2.0. The new Dex doesn't need flash player.

Dear Alex,
After installed the dEX 2.1.18, the connection from PC to DT80 Series 3 is OK (via internet cable). But can not connect to DT80 Series 2. Where is the problem?

Hi Sang,

It seems dEX 2.0 will only work with the DataTaker DT8x Series 3 and 4 units.

You can still use DeLogger5 or dEX for Desktop.

Hi Sang,

We have just run a couple of tests with a DT85 Series 2 unit and dEX 2.0. It seems to work okay for the basics at least.

Just make sure you update your unit to the latest firmware first. Use the USB flash drive method as it is the easiest.
