Thank you Rudy Gunawan for your Valuable time.
I tried with Mozilla and Google Chrome, but the result turned out to be the same.I am able to enter in to "Monitor the Logger" but when I try to enter in to "configure the Logger" same error returns.

Hi yzak,

What is the serial number of your logger?
Could you send me this logger service log?

Best regards,
Rudy

hi Rudy,

The serial no on the data Taker seems to be 081950.
Device is neither able to perform service log nor Self test.
When I try to perform a service log the disk Indicator just seems to blink once and there after it remains low,is this because of the problem with the disk inside or any source code corruption. Is there any way that I can completely erase the data and reprogram the device using any technique other than the normal hard reset.

Hi yzak,

You can use this command to format dataTaker CF card from command interface:
FORMAT B: DELETEALL

Then follow the instruction for firmware upgrade.

Rudy
