Hi Facing an Issue with DT82i connectivity.
I was able to connect device and create channels and even sent data using Modbus TCP, but all of sudden the status it is showing is "device is currently offline" in dEX 2.1.18 application and even web interface is not working its just loading.
As in Device LCD screen it was showing message "SW Exception" but after deleting all jobs from the device using DeTranfer with command DELALLJOBS that msg is changed to "No current job".
So please tell me how to get the device back in dEX?

To complement of my reply in https://datatakerforum.com/index.php?u=/topic/984/sw-exception-c8610007, SW exception is related to memory error further analysis is required. You can get the information from event/ error log or service report.

The log will provide the location or possible cause of error and it may or may not related to the program. DELALLJOBS will delete any program and data in the logger, it can recover the logger but it is not the solution.

Can you post the error log?
