we are facing an issue with our datataker DT80 in downloading some saved data of a schedule configured with the previous version of the software. When I enter the explore data window, the software recognises the quantities with the channels but at the momento of downloading all the data, the software stucks. I don't know if it is a problem of not compatible versions or just a matter of time.

Hi Maja,

May I know the logger serial number? The fault during download usually caused by the improper timestamp of the data. The flat clock battery is the cause of this wrong timestamp. Please send me the logger service report and the database file via dataTaker.support@thermofisher.com.

You can get the database file by accessing the dataTaker FTP server and get into the JOBS folder, copy all of the DBD files from that folder.
