I am recently using Datataker DT800 I am using Delogger software to get data like temperature, voltage, ect...

It shows the data on Form2.dlf window on Delogger but I don't how to keep or export it to an excel file.

Could you help me please?

Hi Gerion,

There is no export function to Excel, instead you may copy paste the entire cells to Excel.
Furthermore form2.dlf gives only last measured value, why don't you use chart1.dlc?

I have selected chart2.dlc but there are no data in it when the job is running.
Maybe have I to use any command? or does it work with no memory card?
I use the command DataTaker----> Unload----> and export a .csv file

When I go to chart1.dlc windows there is no data, how can I use chart1.dlc?

I only can do like I told you, I go to form2.dlf and then I use Datatacker--> click on unload and export it like a .csv file.

But I have a problem:

Sometimes it stop when Datataker is unloading, it doesn't finish and says completed action like photo. So i can get all days data.

It normally happens when datataker is taking data for 2 days or more.

So if you can say me how to use chart1.dlc or another option I ll be very grateful.

Hi Gerion,

You need to create a program on DeLogger then run chart1.dlc.
If you can't find chart.dlc, you may create a new document from file menu.

After opening chart1.dlc, please click on the play button on bottom right corner of the page.

When dataTaker stop unloading the data, did you receive any error?

No, I don't have any error. It just doesn't finish the unload and in message window appears "unloading" ...but it doesn't finish.
So I cant get all data from everyday.

Ok, I am going to try tomorrow to unload with chart.dlc. So when I press on the right corner bottom, starts it to unload all data from everyday?

Hi Gerion,

That bottom right button is used to run the chart (it is run/ pause button).
The chart itself holds the data temporarily, when you turn of your PC you will lose those data (and obviously can't export to Excel).

You need to fix that unload failure, there could be some corrupt file in DeLogger file system.
You may need to check you logger status and memory card condition (reformatting card may be required).
If the unload process still fail, it could be compatibility issue with your PC OS (WIndows 7).

Please try to install DeTransfer and use its unload function.

Hi Rudy,

When I am using Delogger and then I press Datataker--> Status, the memory is not full it is 20% .Datataker has not memory card insert it works with internal memory right now, I don't know if its the problem. (20%)

Ok, I am installing DeTransfer. So I can use DeLogger to make a program and then, can I open DeTransfer to unload all data from last week right?
Works Delogger like Delogger pressing on Datataker---> and click on unload?

That is right, you can use DeTransfer to unload the data.
The extension would be dx8 but it is actually a text file with fixed format data.

You may manually import that file to Excel using "data" then "import from text", use semicolon and comma as data delimiter.
Then get the cells you need.
