Hi,

We have a DT80 capturing flow data for us. We also have DeLogger connecting over the network to retrieve this captured data and to dump it into a csv file.

This has been working for years and now I keep seeing messages in DeLogger e.g. "The attempt to connect was forcefully rejected"
I can telnet to the device on ports 80 and 21 OK. When I try to telnet to port 7700 (that the DeLogger is configured to connect to) but no connection.

Would you have any ideas?

What is your PC operating system (OS)?
Which version of DeLogger installed on your PC?

DeLogger is an obsolete software, it was designed up to Windows Vista. Thus compatibility with current Windows version is limited, some users who manage to run it in their PC actually have a pure luck.

Because we do not know other possible applications/ features which may hinder DeLogger operation.

DeLogger 5 has higher chance to run on Windows 7 or 8 than DeLogger 4.
Most of the failure is cause by COM connection.
