Dear Sirs

I have an old DT5 event count from datataker.
Unfortunately the computer that has the communication software is broken.
Does anyone in forum has the communication software (I think is called DATA-i) or commands protocol to communicate with it by parallel port and other application?

I only need configure the sample interval and getting data.

Sorry but the DT5 range have been out of production for about 15 years now and can no longer be supported.
I was new to tech support at dataTaker when it was added to the not supported list.

Have a chat to your dataTaker distributor to see about upgrading to a newer logger
