Has anyone tested the DT800 with different sizes of CF cards? I have tried it with Generic 64MB CF cards from my camera and a PCMCIA adapter with no problems, this arrangement provides comonality with digital camera cards and they are much cheaper than dedicated PCMCIA FLASH CARDS.

I have heard that the DT800 has problems with some types of larger cards. Has anyone used CF Cards and adapters larger than 64M. What about IBM CF Microdrives?

We have extensively tested the use of Compact Flash memory cards with adapters. That is actually what I use here with my DT800's.

I have never hear of the DT800 having problems with larger memory cards, well at least none have been reported. There are some compatibility issues with some manufacturers cards but its not to do with size.

There are some users out there using 2GB flash memory cards and we have also used IBM microdrives and not found any issues.

We've used a variety of compact flash cards from several manufacturers, 340Mb IBM microdrives and a large (750Mb) ATA flash card with our DT800s - all seem to work OK.
