Configuring a LVDT

I am trying to power an LVDT using a DT800 using at least 15VDC. Currently, I have no problem reading the LVDT which has a voltage output range of -5VDC to +5VDC. Currently, I am using a 24VDC power supply for excitation.

Can I have this powered from the DT800?

Good morning CW,

The SP/SR terminals only output 5 or 10 VDC and the 12V on the serial channel is just that. The only thing you could do is use a 12 to 24 Dc/DC convertor to power the LVDT.
