I am currently using Delogger 4 version 3 revision 2 and every time I connect to my dt800 it requests to update the firmware.

The firmware is currently version 3.10 and I am trying to upgrade to 4.08. I set up the dt800 as per the release notes ie. delete all jobs, data and format b:.

When I do try and run the update it takes a long time to load the dfx file, then it takes hours to send this to the dataTaker. Because it takes so long to send the dataTaker appears to go to sleep half way through the process. Any help would be much appreciated?

When you reset the dataTaker what version of firmware does it have loaded?

Could you please try to upgrade using DeTransfer?
Connect the DT800 click on File >> Upgrade firmware and send the file called 316v4bs.dxf this is the interim boot loader.

Once this has loaded then repeat the process but this time send the file 4080001.dxf This file is the actual firmware.
