After upgrading firmware from Version 3.16 to 4.10 by DeTransfer program, we have found that there is not any decimal places after test with thermocouple type K and review the result in any Windows or Replay file.

Therefore, Please recommend how to get rid of this problem. Thanks in advance,

By default the DT800 reads out one decimal place for temperatures. I have just checked V4.10.0001 and it still displays the same default.

You can change the of decimal places with the FF channel option 1TK(FF1) will display 1 decimal place.

Dear Roger,

As the charateristic of problem, there is not any decimal place to be occurred on "Text format / Text1.dlt" window and replay file after supplying temperature and voltage. Contrarily, there are 5 decimal place on "Replay format/Text1.dlt" window.

Could you please recommend me how to get the normal condition that the DataTaker DT800 should be? I don't know whether any switches or any parameters on Delogger TM 4 software can be involved or not ? please recommend me.

Notes:

1. Firmware : DataTaker 800 Version 3.16.0001
2. Delogger 4 Version 2 Release 16 Service pack Level 1
3. After review User's manual, it mentions about Free-Format and Fixed-Format Mode, Is it concerned this problem? Please recommend me.
