Unable to unload data from memory card

I used to unload data from DT800 ( Compact flash card ) but the data too large (5 sec in 2 month) so I quit unload and try to unload after.

The DeLogger show me the memory card is full but I can't unload the data anyway. I download Deload and try to unload the data again, but it show me the message "no data was found to unload for the selected data Taker schedules" (I'm already selected).

Then I copy the data in ".DXD" file from the memory card to the computer. How can I change the ".DXD" file to the ".CSV" file or unload this file from computer (not use the DT800) ?

Good morning pozzilla,

DeLogger4 has utilities for this. If you click on Tools > Memory cards > 8xx series > Unload. it will open a dialog box. Navigate to where the file is stored and fill in the other options as required.

Cheers,
Roger

Good morning pozzilla,

C drive is usually your main hard disk. When you insert the card into your computer what new drive appears??

If a drive E appears then this will be the drive you will need to open to access the files.

Cheers,
Roger

Thank you Roger,

Now I have the '.dlr' file, but I want the '.csv' file too.My data is too large (62MB). How can I load the data in '.csv' file because I have tried to unload the data but the program will be closed every time?

Good afternoon pozzilla,

DeView can export the data from a DLR to a CSV file.

If you files are very large the Microsoft Excel will not be able to handle them. Excel is limited to 65535 lines of data anything beyond that is simply truncated.

If your are going to handle large files on a regular basis then I recommend you purchase a commercial package that is capable of handling large files.

You can chop your files up. Load the CSV file into an editor such as note pad and cut out 65000 lines and paste into a new file or paste directly into a new page of Excel.

Cheers,
Roger
