I am having a problem upgrading the DT800 to the latest firmware (4.10.0001).

Whenever I load 4100001.dxf file with the Upgrade Firmware with DeTransfer, or allow DeLogger to try the upgrade, the file appears to be sent but it gets to EXECUTING... * and just hangs. I note the current firmware on the DT800 is 3.99.0002 BETA.

Any ideas?

Following up my own post, it seems one is required to install the 316v4bs.dxf first, then the 4100001.dxf file. Note that DeLogger cannot seem to figure all this out - I had to do each with DeTransfer.

The upgrade process is in two steps. The boot loader from V3 to V4 and then the firmware. There is also a boot loader to go from V4 to V3 firmware.

The behavior you describe is symptomatic of the V4 to V3 boot loader being put into the DT800 but the firmware not being down graded. DeLogger4 does not know about the down grade process which is why the upgrade from the beta to the current firmware failed.
