Help please...

I'm trying to down load alarms. My DT800 is in a remote location with a GSM modem attached. when I dial into the logger I want to be able to down load the alarm to see what has been happening before driving out to site.

Hi Russell,

What software are you using?

If DeTransfer the the command A will unload the alarms. In DeLogger in the unload dialog select alarms (dialog box on Upper Right hand side) This will unload the alarms to the alarm message box.
