Hi,
Our DT800 gives FAIL for:
- Analog Pos Supply 1.1 (FAIL)
- Analog Neg Supply 0.7 (FAIL)
- Common Mode Rejection Ratio 0.0 (FAIL)
- DataTaker Health (FAIL)
Additionally we cannot take any analog signal from any analog channel. There is no problem with digital channels. We have started to get these fail messages after making several measurements using a wireless torque meter which was installed on a diesel aircraft engine for propeller torque measurements.
The details of the torque meter are as follows:
- Power Supply: 10-32VDC (400mA at 12V)
- Useful Signal Range: 0-5000 Hz
- Lowpass Filter: f1=1Hz f2=1000 Hz f3=5000 Hz
- Max. Analog Output Signal: 10V
- Typical Gain: 2V/1000Nm
- Transmission Frequency: HF Range el-m47
We have updated to the latest firmware and everything is still the same. What we should do to get DT800 health back?
