I get a connection error when trying to connect to the DT80,

Warning: Status not returned for Job: CODING 
Warning: Status Check error 
Warning: Connection Refused, STATUS Check Failure 
Warning: Error connecting on COM4 
Information: Connection Closing 
Information: Connection Closed

How can i remedy this? I have tried hardware resetting (pushing the pin hole between USB and LAN ports.

I can connect using force connect, but still cant without it?

Good morning Rohan,

The errors suggest that DeLogger4 thinks the program in the dataTaker does not match what is in DeLogger4. There could be several causes of this, the most likely is DeLogger4 not waiting long enough for the reply from the DT80.

In your connection definition try checking "Wake up required" and "Auto baud slow" this will allow more time for the dataTaker to wake up and respond.
