File IO error message on Delogger

Dear Sir ,

While sending program to DT80 using Delogger 4 software, I found that it shows an error message "file IO error : error code 54 : 'B:\program.tmp', error accessing drive B: invalid media" Please send your valuable suggestion to sort out this problem .

Good afternoon Saikat,

Looks like a problem with the internal compact flash memory card. You could try running the servicedata report which will also check the internal drive.

You could also format the internal drive. this will delete the contents so you will need to upgrade the firmware to reconstruct the the internal folder structure and replace the files.
