DT81 can't start dEX

Hi Roger,

I have upgraded the firmware of DT81 Series 2 (Sr. No. 086321) to latest version. But when connected to PC, the PC is detecting as USB Serial Converter unlike new DT82E when connected, opens the Explorer and we can do programming using dEX software.

Please give us your inputs to rectify this problem.

Hi Stephen,

Has the unit been serialized? Please have a look at the upgrade guide in the down load section.It explains the upgrade process and takes you though what is required.
