There is no session time window for ethernet connections. Is it possible to wake up the datalogger for certain time windows, in order to access it remotely over ethernet? We have a battery powered site with a radio link. The datalogger is connected to the radio modem over ethernet. In order to safe power, the datalogger stays in a low power mode and wakes up every day once to do measurements and after midnight to send the data to an FTP server. In order to check the system and do maintenance we would like to have a periodical time window (e.g. every week). Is it possible to wake up the datalogger once every week and turn it back to sleep after an hour?

Apology for the very long response delay; there was some new arrangement in the office.

It is possible to wake up the logger during an Ethernet session and sleep again after the session expires. You can use two schedules for that purpose; the first one will target the starting point, which in this schedule, you can disable the sleep mode.

Then the second schedule will target the finishing line, in which you have to re-enable the sleep mode. The schedules would be using the CRON trigger, which you can set any particular date or time to run.
