Alarm SMS Messages

Hello All,

I am using DT82EM with Alarm SMS messages and Email Ethernet. I am using 3G network

With Email Ethernet: data (.CSV file) is send to my email. it's OK
But with Alarm SMS messages: Alarm shows " DT82EM3-3 100254: one or more alarm SMS have been lost". It doesn't show my text which i set.

I don't think i have a problem with my 3G network. I think other reason

Please help me

Hi thuyvan,

Please enable SMTP diagnostic (P56= smile from command console to check SMTP transaction.
You can access command console using dEX or DeTransfer.
