Hi Hasila,
There are a couple of possible issues that may cause rejection from the logger:
- You use an old dEX 2.0 version; some bugs caused the fault.
- You use firmware version 9.22 and previously created a program with more than 30 MB memory allocation. In this case, you cannot update the existing program since deletion will be barred by timeout. Please downgrade the firmware to the 9.20 version, downloadable from this forum.
- The logger tile indicator is not green but yellow, indicating no proper connection to the logger.
- You write a manual channel that is not fully compatible with the logger syntax rule.
You can go to Development - Open Development Tools. When it opens, undock it so you can get a clear view. Go to the "Console" tab and repeat the program sending. Please send us the result for review via datataker.support@thermofisher.com.
