Recover Data from corrupted DBD file

Hello,

i use a DT85 to log meteorological data to an usb Stick.

At some point after around 2 months the DBD file seems to get corrupted somehow. dump_dbd and the logger itself cant convert it to csv.

I dont know the reason although i am suspecting an issue with the usb stick which i now changed.

But i still have the dbd file which maybe still contains some data.

From dump_dbd i get the message

>dump_dbd DATA_A.DBD
File name: DATA_A.DBD
? Cannot read DTDT section

can this file be restored with some tricks maybe?

I supplied the file and the configuration in the attachement.

Hi scholse1,

The correct syntax for dumpDBD is as follows:

dump_DBD -d -n DATA_A.DBD>>DATA_A.CSV

Best regards,
