Hello,
I have a DT85M with V9.16 that will run for 10-30 secs, shut itself off, and then restart with a "Power Loss" message. Whether you clear the "Attn" LED or not, it will sample for a few secs and then repeat the process over again continuously until power is removed. After one of the restarts, the unit displayed the "SW Exception" error. This set up worked a few weeks ago. The unit will not stay powered long enough to update the firmware, connect to dex, or sometimes even perform a function menu action.
The set up is a DT85M with one CEM20. Powered externally. Continuous, correct supply power has been checked.
15 channels of thermocouples on the DT85.
5 channels of thermocouples on the CEM20.
3 channels of Voltage/Current/Freq/Power Factor on the CEM20
4 channels of Pressure Transducers on the CEM20
Connected directly to a nearby computer with either a Ethernet or USB cable.
Any direction on this issue is appreciated.
