When my DT85GM upgraded firmware 9.08,why the connection of modem test failed in SIM access?

The connection of modem was normal before upgraded.

And when I use USB port to connecting to the web interface,some function can't working.

There are a couple of things to try.

1/ Clear the browser cache. It might simply be the browser is loading the old application and is having problems with teh new settings.
2/ Check the SIM is inserted the correctly and the tab is in the closed position.
3/ Recheck your SIM password is correctly set in dEX.

The firmware upgrade does not change any of the settings for the internal modem.
Please check the SIM is working. I would also try another SIM if you have one.

I recovered the firmware to 9.02 and test modem and connection passed.
And I upgrade the firmware to 9.08 then test modem and connection failed.
ps.the same setting and sim card.

Hi Hsuyihao,

Will you be able to verify the modem operation by following the instruction in user manual, page 207.

I would try that to ensure the modem is functioning.

But I used the same sim card and same setting(including APN) in two different firmware (9.02 and 9.08).

I got two different result.

Very strange. I would start by checking the profile setting between the to different version.
