Yellow light in dEX-2 for DT80 series 3

Hello,
While connecting the datataker (DT80 series 3) to the software dex a yellow light shows and no connection is restored.
I have tried soft reset and even connecting with the internet cable but no changes are shown.
Afterwards I have tried to connect a more recent version of the Datataker (DT80 series 4) and the connection is green without any trouble.
Can you make a suggestion of what is happening to the older datataker?
Thank you

Hi Daniela23,

A yellow indicator means dEX2.0 found the logger and currently waiting for a response. There could be a delay if you currently run a fast sampling or it could also because a logger setting. You can try to send H to halt a program then a FACTORYDEFAULTS to reset all logger setting to default.

Best regards,

Hello,
Has you can see the connection shows an error and I have tried to use the command FACTORYDEFAULTS and the console does not recognise such command.
Is there any other option to try and restore the connection?
Thank you

Hi Daniela23,

You should send the FACTORYDEFAULTS command via DeTransfer after ensuring you can connect to the logger. Also the command that you sent previously was missing an S (it is not FACTORYDEFAULT).
