Dt 85 quits logging and pushing data ftp

DT 85 runs fine for about two weeks and then gets the following errors and quits logging and pushing data. I also can't connect with DE transfer via port 7700. I can connect with Dex 2 and download the data manually but it quit logging once the errors accord. Here are the errors.

Hi ncates,

The event log was populated with the HTTP script which leak into dataTaker via UDP port. You can close the leak using command password or PROFILE PARAMETERS P67=1.

Both will restrict the logger from recognizing any external commands, the difference is the command password have a 10 minutes inactivity time out before the protection start, while the P67 command will start the protection the moment the logger received the command.

The lost of port 7700 connection is unlikely related to the HTTP leakage; however, the HTTP leak can trigger unintended halt when a similar command received by the logger (hence quit logging).

For a temporary troubleshooting, you can enable the command password in the program (click On Activation to access the password setting). When you send a new program the logger will reset and you should be able to regain access on port 7700. Use this occasion to send SIGNOFF command to activate the protection.

Best regards,
dataTaker Expert
