Exception 200

We have a logger that we connect to with a radio modem we randomly get Exception 200 error and the logger resets.

Command Processor error usually related to process which against the setting.
What kind of process (i.e.: remote access, data retrieval) hat you have in the logger in relation with radio modem?

Could you please upgrade the firmware to more stable version 9.18?

We are sending simple commands to get CV values back. But the error comes as we switch the radio channels with AT commands which should not have been echoed to DT but may have. They include +++ and then ATHP4. I will look at firmware updates. Thanks

Hi Allan,

Perhaps you can lock dataTaker command interface with a password to filter out leaked command from the radio.
