Insert USB Logger Autoreset SW Exception

Hi,

I'm trying to do manual data downloads via a 2 GB USB stick. However, every time I insert the USB stick, the logger runs into SW Exception error.

I have the latest 9.20.8942 firmware with a DT82I Series 3. The error I'm getting is Reset 9.20.8942 EXCEPTION (c8610007).

Is there a way to fix this issue? I need to resolve this ASAP as I will be deploying these into the field shortly.

Thanks,

Alan

Hi Alan,

That error indicates incompatibility of USB stick with DT, the issue is more related to power draw of the stick which surpass DT ability to provide.
Other possibility is internal apps which already pre-installed in USB stick that prevent DT firmware to read it. If the second possibility that happened, please reformat the stick.
