Label Problem in Data

Hi,

I'm using the DT82I for logging current and voltage values from a current monitoring device. I've used around 170 CV's to log and display the data, in addition to individual labels. The data has also been collected without any problem.

The problem is that the last 10-15Cv's seem to have no label/name. I'm running similar programs on 2 separate DT82I's, and both have the same problem. Anyone care to shed some light on this?

I've attached the links to CSV file generated, and a screenshot of the problem.

Good afternoon Arivan.G,

That's a lot of data you have there.
Can you please send an email to support and include a copy of your data, firmware version number and dataTaker code so we can look into this further?

Cheers

Roger

Good morning Mr.Roger,

There's a lot of data because its being used to monitor the performance of a solar plant. Hence, we used 2 DT82I to lessen the burden on the dataTaker.

I've attached the details that you requested, and emailed it to the support email. I hope you'd be able to find some explanation for this.

Thank you,
Arivan G.

Good morning all,

The truncating of the data labels is caused by the CopyD having an 8kb buffer for the labels.
The data had nearly 500 data items and the length of each label was longer then the 8kb buffer.

Reducing the label length resolved this issue.

Cheers

Roger
