DT85GM not recognising SDI12 sensor

Dear Sir,

we are having two nos. DT85GM to be configured with various sensors e.g. VW displacement sensor. VW pressure sensor and SDI12 Inclinometer.
only the SDI12 sensors are not communicating at all. always we are getting " not yet set" or no response from sensor in command window. we tried programming through
adding serial SDI12 sensor under schedule but same result. we tested the sensor with other DT85 and DT80 as well but no luck. wiring we have done"
RED : +12V of DT
Black: DGND
Green: Digital channel 5/6/7/8.
P56=2.
p28=1,
PWR12V=1,
SDI12 SEND 5 "?I!"
receive text: no response.
similar commands for other channels tried but same response.

however, other logger (CR800) of customer worked well and received very good data.
CR800 received sensor data:

913ENCARDIOEAN52M006E160394

9: SENSOR ADDRESS
13: SDI VERSION
ENCARDIO: SENSOR MANUFACTURER
EAN52M: MODEL NAME
006: FIRMWARE VERSION(SENSOR)
E160394: SERIAL NO.

Pl help us and guide us to resolve this issue.

Hi gprapdita,

What is the sensor brand and model that have SDI12 output?
And your code has an extra I, it should be SDI12SEND 5 "?!" to check sensor address or SDI12SEND 5 "0I" to check sensor identification if the address is known (0).

Best regards,
Rudy Gunawan
