DT80M unresponsive

Greetings,

today we found that our data logger became unresponsive (display interface and modem/Ethernet connections not working) and stopped retrieving/sending data after just a day of testing in the office, the logger was sending data through the modem.
This has happened before with some of our loggers and we had to unplug the power supply to get it working again, after the occurrence we performed a hardware reset.
Furthermore when checking the events log file we found nothing that could lead us to the cause.
Is this issue common and is there a way to avoid it?

Best regards.

Hi necell,

The logger was frozen and the cause could be waiting for the modem to respond.
What is the transmission interval on the logger? And the signal strength in that area?

Best regards,
Rudy Gunawan
