DT80M blocked

Hello everybody

Yesterday I encountered a problem with the DT80M.

We made a wind speed and direction measurement system (two sensors from a German company).

The plant is located in the Lucomagno pass here in Ticino. The temperatures these days were always below 0 (up to about -26 °).

Two days ago the DT80M no longer sent the data to our server, and yesterday, on the spot, I saw that the DT80M was blocked (display on but no function by pressing the keys).

In the end I solved by removing and replacing the power supply.

There is a way to reset the DT80M without going in place?

Hi Neceel,

I will need to check on this issue, mostly it is because Ethernet connection.
Please PM me your service data report.

Meanwhile you may run a regular (i.e.: daily) hard reset, to avoid the same crash.
