Inadequate technical support from vendor

We have DT85 and recently bought a DT80M.

Although, the instrument has not been installed and setup with the weather station bought separately since last 3 months.

Is datataker responsible for the application of the dataloggers or just the sale ?

Moreover, this is disheartening as we were promised end to end support.

What do the others do when the local vendors do not provide/ are unable to provide support ?
