You need to work out what has changes on your system.
By you saying you can ping the loggers that they are on a network.
I would check with your IT department to see if they have upgraded their firewalls.
As a starting point please make sure all firewalls have the required ports forwarded.
If they are allowed then we will have to look further at other possible issues but we will need much more detail on you set up.
You should also contact your dataTaker distributor for assistance.
