we have one datalogger DT80. it is being used for quite a long time without any issues. recently we are facing communication issues with this system.
after sending the program it starts logging but after 5 to 10 minutes the communication ports get blocked and software hangs. earlier we used delogger 5. recently we up-graded the firmware with 9.18 version firmware. but the problem still persists in dEX as well. tried using Ethernet port, USB port and RS232 port separately but problem persists. each time we have to restart the PC or forcefully close dEX and reset logger then only it works.
