Time display on the data file

How do I get the time on my CSV file to be display as 15:39:41 instead of just 15:39? I set P39=0, but it didn't seem to do anything. Thanks!

Good afternoon Qacer,

It's Excel not displaying the file correctly. You will need to set up a custom time/Date display to show the seconds.
