Good afternoon Sushil,

What is the temperature returned by the REFT command? And is your customer using an external reference point?

Cheers,
Roger

Good morning Sushil,

I realy need to know the value returned by the REFT command. This might help us diagnose the problem.

Cheers,
Roger

Hi Sushil,

99999.9 is an over range error message. What type of temperature sensor are they using for the reference?

Please check the reference sensor is wired / working correctly. Also can I please see the code so we can check for programming issues?

Cheers,
Roger
