1RELAY as a working channel

I want to use the relay to connect a serial data line to the DT80 at the start of a schedule and switch it off at the end of the schedule eg.: 1RELAY=1 1SERIAL(...,W) 1RELAY=0.

The purpose is to prevent waking up the DT80 by serial data between the scans every 5 minute. It seems that the W channel option (no logging) is not allowed for 1RELAY, so how do I prevent the 2 1RELAY channels in the schedule to be logged?

Good morning Stig von Platen,

The W channel option is valid for the 1RELAY command.
Have you tried 1RELAY(W)=1 1SERIAL(...,W) 1RELAY(W)=0 ??

Cheers,
Roger

Thank you Roger!
You solved my problem.

I had tried 1RELAY=1(W) instead of the correct 1RELAY(W)=1

Best regards,
Stig von Platen
