Hi,

I have been trying to use dex-2 to connect to our DT85Ms. I am using a USB cable straight into the device.

When I try to connect, using the port and IP address from DtUSB, it will not find the device. Looking at the code found in the "Development Tools", it keeps throwing back a 403 error. Specifically:

"Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)"

Any thoughts on how to solve this?

Hi AHardy,

To run dEX 2.0 you will need to have dataTaker series 2 or newer, it won't work on series 1. Then the firmware version must be 9.20 or newer, so you have to upgrade the firmware if the version is older.
