When you said "access the logger through this SIM", I am guessing you want to gain connection to the logger remotely via a mobile network. For a remote connection, you will need to get a public IP address from the network provider on the SIM card.
Please check with the provider how to get a public address and please note not all provider can give you a public address. Then in the router you need to set port forwarding. Port forwarding function is bridging public IP address (own by the provider) to local address (connection between the router and the logger) through selected port.
You need to set at least port 80 (web) and 7700 (command) for port forwarding, port 21 (FTP) and 502 (MODBUS) are applicable if you want to use them.
Then every time you access that public address via those selected ports you will directly access the logger.
