You can add an external 3G router then use a SIM card with public IP. If the public IP is dynamic you will need a DDNS service to lock on the IP address into a fix host name. Then you can use that host name from your office to access the logger.
There will be some extra setting on the router including port forwarding in order to get access to LAN (between DT and the router).
