Hi,
I've been using a DT85 series 3 with 4 CEM20 and I'm logging temperatures using RTD sensors.
I don't really care, is it possible to log and store my data in two different files, once every hour and average per day?
I've done some research on the DT85 manual but I can't find is it possible to configure the DT85 with two job's?
What I need is hours and daily data in two different

When I upload my data to a replay file and look at the data from the spreadsheet window in DeLogger4, I see my measured data but no timestamp. Do you have to turn on time stamping somewhere?

The incorrect ftp information was put into an ftp request. Now the logger is in an endless loop of requesting access to a server that is not there. How do I stop the endless loop. I tried SESSION STOP and SESSION CLEAR amount many other things. It did not help.

Hi all,
once installed, followed all the directions the Tech Notes TN-0043-A0 “Using FileZilla FTP Server with a DT80 Series Logger“,
but I can not upload files to FileZilla FTP Server.
I have checked all connection settings and seem to be okay according to the instructions.
There is no antivirus or firewall software on the computer installed.
I have checked the Wind

Hi All,
I have a DT85 Serie 3 dataTaker and I am trying to upload via FTP data to a file server.
I have followed all the directions the Tech Notes TN-0043-A0 “Using FileZilla FTP Server with a DT80 Series Logger “, but I need some help.
This is how I tried to do it: I have already installed and tested FileZilla Server on a local PC running Windows XP and assigned static IP

Hello All,
I have a DT85 Serie 1 Data logger with the latest firmware and am trying to display 5 thermocouple temperatures in Labview on an XY Graph.
So far I managed to configure the TCP/IP sample real-time waveform driver to fetch 5 temperatures from the DataTaker, and from there I can display the temperatures and associated timestamp on a Labview indicator, but I am having difficulty

Hello,
I have a bunch of numerical data I am reading in Labview with the Low Level 'Read Realtime' VI. I also have the DT85 calculate a time difference with the DT command and read the string through the 'Read Line' VI. The issue I have is that the DT command returns a string in the HH:MM:SS.mmm format.
I was wondering if there is a way to format the string so that I can receive it in La
Dear all
I have recently started working with DT85, and I can't figure out how to read data from my Modbus via dEX web interface. Is there a smart way to so? I'm using RTU (RS458).
Kind regards

My application involves logging data for varying ESS cycles. Depending on the product, the lengths of these tests vary. Once the user starts the logging, I'd like to send out an email (create an event) after a certain amount of time has elapsed. How is this done? I read about time triggers, is that the way to go?
If I did a Timed Trigger with Synchronize to Midnight disabled, could I have a s

I'm working on and app to work in conjunction with the schedules I'm running on the logger. The purpose of this app is to enter 'device under test' serial numbers and operator badges. I need this data to be logged with the test data, but the fact that logged data is being echoed out the "host port", it's stepping on my communications.
How do I suppress the echoing, yet maintain the logging?

Has anyone developed any macros or apps for presenting the CSV files of logged data as a line chart or to clean up columns, etc....... and would they be willing to share?
Thanks in advance

Dear Sir,
Pl let me know how to communicate DT85 with Tablet and access dEX Software using (through Chrome or other web browser) Tablet.
What should be the minimum hardware and software configuration for above case?

I have tried to set up a daily schedule to save newly acquired data to a USB memory stick.
I set this up in dEX configuration builder by adding a new schedule to run every day at midnight, then added a manual channel with the command
COPYD dest=A: format=csv archive=N src=BD start=new;
If I issue this command in the command window, it successfully saved data to the USB device.

Hello,
We can't read the legacy configuration back in the data-logger. In order to gain storage space for the installation files we deleted the job, data, alarms, configuration out of the B drive.
Should we create a new job first? Or should we go back to version 9.08 and forget about the new version (where can we get version 9.08 from)? Re-make the configuration which would take us a lot
Some questions about security settings on the DT85:
Are the firmware security settings documented in Part Q of the manual (PROFILE AUTHENTICATION ENABLED, USER, SIGNOFF, SIGNON, WHO) are the same as those set in dEX security?
Can more than one user be logged on at once (e.g. of the DT85 is accessed via an internet connection)? If not, what will a user see if they try and access the DT85 e

We have always connected our DT85 (V6.22) to PC with DeTransfer or DeLogger using USB successfully. But now it can not be connected, because there has no USB Serial Port display in the Windows Device Manager when insert the USB of logger to the PC.
We tried to change the PC and USB, restart the logger, but still no any response received.

I want to run my DT85 from a USB stick. My understanding is that this can be done by porting your program to a file called oninsert.dxc.
I am currently using DeLogger4 to create my job which I can run when connected via USB cable. For the life of me I can't find a way to create an oninsert.dxc file with this program.
Can DeLogger create this file or should I be using a different program?

Our DT85 inexplicably neglected to log 7 minutes of data on a minute schedule. The last successful data record logged before the data loss had a time stamp of 12:00(noon). I glanced through the service log to see if there was an error around the time of the data loss and I found this:

Hello -
I am having trouble upgrading the software on a DT85 (I believe series 1). S/N 083710
I normally use DeTransfer for a newer logger I have but the "upgrade firmware" function is grayed out when I connect.
I tried two different USB sticks - one was an 8 Gig which I understand is too big. I also tried a freshly formatted FAT32 256meg stick and it didn't work either. It just reads
